What type of individuals will be accepted into ABAHS? we seek to support individuals requiring affordable housing opportunities in a safe, substance free environment. Our primary requirement for residing is the individual must be fully independent in their daily living activities, conative, compliant with whatever outside requirements are set on them (either by courts or medical) able to ambulate and respond to emergency situations without assistance. 2. What is included with residency at ABAHS? Each private or semi-private room, in ABAHS is fully furnished. bed linens are provided. All utilities included, household toiletries, and cleaning products are provided as well. 3. Does ABAHS provide transportation? ABAHS, Does Not proved transportation. ABAHS will assist with setting up transportation when needed. Whether by outside partners, or We are also located on a bus lines to foster independence in mobility. In some instances, arrangements can be made to assist with getting to appointments. 4. Does ABAHS accept Behavioral health clients? Behavioral Health clients are welcomed at ABAHS. As part of ongoing residential agreement, they MUST remain compliant on all prescribed medications and attend all scheduled medical and therapy appointments. 5. What forms of payment are accepted? Everyone accepted into ABAHS must have a guaranteed source of income, such as SSI/SSDI, VA Disability, Railroad Retirement Pension, or Private Pay (Family or foundation). 6. Does ABAHS, provide Food? NO, all tenants are required to provide their own food. ABAHS can assist with nutritional / subsenses programing. And occasionally donated to the home. 7. Are Pets Allowed? NO, Due to the sharing housing environment 8. Are over night Guess Allowed? NO. (Yet we do encourage family to visit) Please check with ABAHS, beforehand. 9. What type of actives are involved in ABAHS? We offer TV, WIFI, board games, and planned outings. 10. Is there Security on site? Yes, all of ABAHS homes are video monitored 24hrs a day. 11. What if the tenant starts to need more than independent service? ABAHS, has partnered with other sites to help foster more care when needed. 12. Are the tenants able to cook in the home?
